Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the tracking number.

Delivery Issues
Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will make two additional attempts. If the package is still undelivered, it will be returned to us.

Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to deliver your order on time, certain situations like weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

Handling Charges
- All shipping charges include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations
