Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.


How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@ecothread.co.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.


Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.


Process: Follow the same process as outlined for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and send you a confirmation email.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.


Original Payment: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Exceptions: Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  •   Gift cards

  •   Customized or personalized items

  •   Sale items (unless otherwise stated)​

Defective or Incorrect Items

Report Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@ecothread.co.in with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.
